Protecting your privacy is important to you and to Geogad. ("Geogad"). We appreciate your trust that we will use your personal information in ways that are appropriate and sensible. This Policy explains how Geogad collects, uses, and discloses the personal information that you may provide while using the Geogad web site and the services provided through the web site. It is always your choice whether or not to provide personal information through the Web sites. Any personal information that you provide will be treated with care. Your personal information is subject to this Policy and will not be used or disclosed in ways to which you have not consented. By visiting the Geogad web site, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice.
By using the web site or submitting information to Geogad through or in connection with a web site, you signify your consent to Geogad's collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Policy. Personal Information from Customers
During your use of the Geogad web site, including your registration as a Geogad customer, you may be asked to voluntarily provide personal information (such as your personal name, e-mail address, shipping and/or billing postal addresses, telephone number, credit card information, country of residence, and state or province of residence) for purposes such as facilitating communications with you or facilitating your use of the web site including purchasing tours and tracking your orders. If you choose not to provide certain requested personal information, you will not be able to register as a Geogad customer or use certain features of the web site.
Geogad may also gather information automatically using cookies. The web site uses "cookies", a technology that stores a small amount of information on a web site user's computer to permit the web site to recognize future visits using that computer. Cookies enhance the convenience and use of the web site. For example, the information provided through cookies may be used to recognize you as a previous user of the web site (so you do not have to enter your personal information every time), store items in your shopping cart during a previous visit, offer personalized web page content and information for your use and otherwise facilitate your web site experience.

Geogad may transform personal information into non-personal information regarding the use of the web site and related services. This non-personal information may then be disclosed to other persons and permanently archive for future use.

1. Disclosure to Authorizing Persons
If you use the Geogad web sites on behalf of another person or organization (such as your employer), Geogad may provide your personal information to that authorizing person/organization. Geogad has no control over the use of your personal information by the authorizing person/organization, and that use is not subject to this Policy. 2. Disclosure to Affiliates, Suppliers and Service and Content Providers
Geogad may provide your personal information to its affiliated businesses, suppliers and service and content providers for use in connection with the operation of the web site. For example, Geogad may disclose certain of your personal information to a supplier from whom Geogad order merchandise, your credit card provider and the shipping company in order to facilitate the purchase of items through the Geogad web site. Geogad may also disclose certain of your personal information to service providers that analyze web site use or to content producers that create the items for sale on Geogad's web site. Geogad may be involved in the sale or transfer of some or all of its business. As part of that sale or transfer, Geogad may disclose your personal information to the acquiring organization but will require the acquiring organization to agree to protect the privacy of your personal information in a manner that is consistent with this Policy. Geogad has no liability for the acquiring organization's use and disclosure of your personal information. If at any time you do not wish Geogad to disclose your personal information as part of the sale or transfer of some or all of its business, please send your request by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. Law Enforcement and Legal Disclosure
Geogad may disclose your personal information to a government institution that has asserted its lawful authority to obtain the information or where Geogad has reasonable grounds to believe the information could be useful in the investigation of unlawful activity, or to comply with a subpoena or warrant or an order made by a court, person or body with jurisdiction to compel the production of information, or to comply with court rules regarding the production of records and information, or to its legal counsel. Geogad has no control over, or liability for, those persons' use and disclosure of your personal information, and that use and disclosure is not subject to this Policy.
Securing Your Info
To help protect the confidentiality of your personal information, Geogad employs reasonable security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Nevertheless, security risks cannot be eliminated and Geogad cannot guarantee that your personal information will not be used or disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Policy.
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared or public computer.
Communication from Us
It will be necessary to send you emails as part of the account registration and purchasing process. If you download a Geogad Mobile Tour, we may also send you an invitation via email to take part in a survey to let us know what you thought of your experience with Geogad's Mobile Tour. We will not knowingly send you unsolicited emails beyond those emails required to enable your Geogad account to be create, your Geogad account information to be changed, your purchase to be fulfilled, and your feedback on the tour to be collected. We may also send you email in response to feedback that you have provided to Geogad. These emails may include acknowledgments of your feedback, requests for additional information from you, and/or communications to resolve any issues of which you may have informed Geogad in your feedback. We may also send you information about other Geogad products and services or products and services from our partner companies that we believe may be of interest to you.
The Geogad web site may contain links to other web sites or Internet resources. When you click on one of those links you are contacting another web site. Geogad has no responsibility or liability for or control over those other web sites or their collection, use and disclosure of your personal information.
Geogad does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use the Geogad web site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

To accommodate changes in the Geogad web site, changing technology, and legal developments, this Policy may be changed from time to time at Geogad's discretion and without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person.
