No Response From Geogad

Geogad Customer Support normally responds to feedback within two business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends). If you have used our online contact form and have not received any response, your email program or possibly your ISP (Internet Service Provider) may be blocking or filtering emails sent from Geogad.

If you have a "junk mail" folder in your email program, please check the contents for Geogad email messages. Also, please consult your email program's Help feature for information on email filtering and blocking and instructions on how to modify these settings to allow email from specific sources (such as Geogad).

If you use a spam blocker program, you will probably be able to set up an exception to allow emails sent from Geogad. Please refer to the Help information in your span blocker program for instructions on how to do this.

Some Internet Service Providers (ISP) assist their customers with spam control by applying filters to incoming email messages. These filters may be based on the sender's email address or certain words included within a subject line or even the body of an email message. If you suspect that this is the case, please contact your ISP to request that emails from Geogad not be blocked.
