Open to US residents only except where prohibited by law. All winners must be 18 years of age or older.

Eligibility
The Geogad's Super Traveler Contest is open to all entrants 18 years of age or older and is a legal resident of the (50) United States, the District of Columbia, or a United States territory. By entering in the contest entrants are agreeing that they are at least 18 years of age or older. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Contest Timing
The contest shall run from 12:01 am PST on July 1, 2010 and end on October 30, 2010 at 11:59 PM PST. The sponsor's computer will hold the official time for the contest.
How to Enter
To enter into the contest, entrants must be a registered user of Geogad.com. All tour stops uploaded by entrants from 12:01am PST on July 1, 2010 through October 30, 2010 to the Geogad website will automatically be entered into the contest. There is no limit to how many tour stops an entrant can enter into the contest.
Sponsor reserves the right to remove any tour stop uploaded by an entrant and disqualify them from the contest for any reason it deems necessary.
Tour stops uploaded that contains any or all of the follow:
- Copyrighted material in which the entrant is not the sole owner of the copyrighted material.
- "Inappropriate Material" such as, but not limited to, nudity or other pornographic material.
- Non-travel related material.
will be subject to removal from the Geogad website, the contest, and future contests.
Management, employees, their families, and professional content partners of Geogad are prohibited from winning any prizes awarded by Geogad.
Judging Winning Entrant
The winning entrant will be decided after two rounds of voting.
Round 1:
Each user with a valid Geogad account is entitled to vote for as many tour stops as they want.
Geogad users vote for a tour stop by giving the tour stop a rating between 1 to 5 stars.
No unique Geogad user is able to vote more than one time for a specific tour stop.
A single user is prohibited from creating multiple accounts on Geogad.
On November 1, 2010, the three tour stops with the most votes and highest ratings will make it to the final round of judging.
Round 2:
On November 8, 2010, Geogad will select the winning entry from the three finalists and notify the entrant via email.
The winning entry will be judged entirely at the discretion of Geogad.
Verification of Wining Entrant
Once the winning tour stop is chosen, the winning entrant will be notified via email. The winner will be contacted at the email address associated with the Geogad account that uploaded the wining tour stop. The person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner. Geogad will mail the contest prize to the address supplied by the recipient of the winner announcement email. The entrant is required to provide the following within fifteen (15) days after being contacted by Sponsor:
- Legal First and Last Name
- Phone Number
- Full Shipping Address
- Proper and Legal Picture Identification
- Social Security Number
Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. Geogad is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s).
Winner may forfeit any and all winnings if id verification cannot or has not been made within 15 days after responding to Geogad's winner announcement.
Geogad reserves the right to utilize the winning contestants first and last name in its marketing material for any future contests or marketing plans.
Prize
One grand prize winner (1) will receive one (1) $100 USD Amazon Gift Card. Total retail value of prize is USD $100.
Upon proper verification, winnings will be mailed to winner's mailing address within seven (7) business days.
If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Geogad may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
Limit of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible and entrants waive all liability from any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or personal property related to or resulting from participation in the contest.
Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
Finalists List and Winner
Geogad will post on the home page of the Geogad web site the usernames of the three finalists on October 8, 2010, and the Winner of the contest will be posted on or after October 15, 2010
Changes to Contest Rule
