One of the many tasks that I am working on is looking for a free to low-cost event venue to hold a small fundraiser for a local SF charity.  I have heard that some clubs/restaurants will let you hold regularly occurring meetings if you can get a large number to show and let them charge for drinks.  I am hoping that this is the case as it will let more money go to the charity.

If this works, I would like to do another fundraiser for another local charity.  This one, I would like to time around Valentine’s Day and through in the idea of some activity that ties in with this time of year.

At the same time, I still need to work on regular business.
